If you were using Apple TV+ on a non-Apple device, such as a PlayStation 5, Chromecast, an Nvidia Shield, or another Android-based TV, it’s easy to cancel your subscription on the web. Navigate to Apple TV.com via a web browser and select the account profile icon from the top right. (You may be prompted to sign in.) Go to Settings > Subscriptions and choose Manage, then select Cancel Subscription. If you have any issues, contact Apple Support.
