If you tap the time for an individual alarm, you can change certain settings such as the alarm sound and frequency. To permanently delete an alarm, tap the three-dot menu above your alarms and select Delete from the pop-up window, then choose the alarms you want to get rid of and tap the trashcan. Alternatively, select Settings to manage general settings for all alarms.
