How to Permanently Delete a Cash App Account
Removing the Cash App mobile app from your phone or another device won’t actually delete your Cash App account; it will still exist until you shut down your entire account from Cash App itself. Third, Remove the App From Your Phone
The last step remaining is to remove the Cash App mobile app from your phone. On iPhone, you can delete the app from your phone or via the Apple App Store. On iPhone 12, just tap and hold the app and then tap Remove App. On Android, there are various options to uninstall the app as well. The easiest way is to tap and hold the app, then tap Uninstall. At this point, you’ve emptied your Cash App balance, closed your account, and deleted the app from your phone.
