You can also use an assortment of different video formats to upload clips to Twitch. From MP4 to more lossless options like FLV, Twitch has plenty of support for various formats to ensure you can upload just about any video you export. Here are the currently supported formats:

However, something worth noting is you can only process up to five simultaneous uploads at the moment, with a maximum rate of 100 uploads in 24 hours.
